British Water came to Reggie London as the leading trade association for the water industry but with a dated brand image that was unrepresentative of the status that it held.

Our first step was to undertake a brand strategy to give clarity to the vision, values and personality and create a strong visual identity.  It was important to represent the 'British' aspect in a modern way but avoid any union flag clichés, so we used rain drops to hint at the diagonals within the flag.

British Water's work covers many areas from UK forums to international events and we created a brand film using stock footage to succinctly put their message across. We developed the website styling, branded posters with strong messaging and a range of printed collateral.

To enhance their profile we proposed a series of filmed interviews with key industry leaders in a format hosted by British Water. These were widely promoted on social media and have led to a distinct raising of the profile of the brand within the industry.
